DISTILLERY & CAFE
Installation of a new gas mains and water supply to service an urban distillery including running of a new steam line and pipework for a copper still and gas boiler. Works also included the fit out of new cafe kitchen and bathroom renovation.
GEO-THERMAL HEATING SYSTEM
Installation of a residential geo-thermal heating system servicing 2.5 bathrooms, underfloor heating and an A/C unit. Works included installation of heat exchangers, storage vessel, geo-thermal flow and return lines and under floor heating manifold.
ENSUITE & POWDER ROOM
Reconfiguration of a master ensuite and powder room including pipework and fit off of a new double vanity, walk-in shower and freestanding bath. Works included the relocation of and installation of new fixtures to allow for a more effective and streamlined use of the space with increased functionality.
