ENSUITE & POWDER ROOM RENOVATION, WINTHROP

Previously interlinked, the doorway between this ensuite and separate toilet was sealed up to create a self-contained ensuite and powder room. Both rooms were reconfigured to allow for a more effective and streamlined use of the space and increased functionality.

Works to the ensuite included:

• New double vanity with dual sink and wall spout and mixer set up

• New overhead walk in shower with separate hand shower

• Freestanding bath installation with new floor mounted spout and mixer

• Installation of new bidet toilet

Works to the powder room included:

• Installation of bench mounted sink and tap mixer

• Relocation and installation of new toilet
